These are great suggestions for adding fruits and veggies.  I love #3.  It made me laugh.  Here is another idea:  Before I prepare dinner I cut up fruits and veggies and put them on a tray as appetizers.  When hungry kids are clamoring at my feet I send them to the tray.  I feel good about them "spoiling their dinner" with something so healthy!</description>
