What motivates me to run? I have a nice view on my 2.3 km run. I run along the seafront. If I get up early enough, the sun illuminates the natural harbor just before the morning mist starts to fade away. If it's not stormy, the sea is like a mill pond. It beats running on a treadmill. I like to be in the elements (except for torrential rain).

Other forms of motivation? Beating my previous time. :)
