hi lynn. i read your opinion on the zone diet. I recently went to a barry spears presentation. So i am curious, how would u explain how many high performance athletes who use the zone diet and swear that it is the best and how much it improves their performance ability? I haven’t tried the Zone but i am considering it. Thanks.
