Have you been thinking about starting to run? Or perhaps you’ve been running on a treadmill or in your neighborhood, and want to run outside?
Join the Back of the Pack running club and discover the fun of running, talking, and laughing with a group of like-minded people. Set a goal, work with others to reach your goal, and improve your fitness level.
Speed is not a requirement! We’ll start off slow and gradually increase our distance with a walk/run format so that you feel confident and strong.
Our programs include a complete training plan, information on gear, nutrition, hydration, stretching, and strength training. Plus we’ll provide ongoing support and encouragement via email and Facebook. You can complete a 5K, 10K, or even a half-marathon feeling good with a smile on your face as you cross the finish line.

Are you ready to improve your fitness, increase energy levels, and feel strong and healthy?
I am a certified personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine, the largest sports medicine and science organization in the world. I’m also a certified running coach by RRCA, the Road Runners Club of America. I’m a passionate believer in moving our body, preferably outdoors, as often as possible.
I love leading running and walking programs, and encouraging peopleto set physical fitness goals and work together to meet those goals. Over the past 6 years I’ve been privleged to lead over 150 women in groups to run or walk race distances from a 5K (3.1 miles) to a marathon (26.2 miles). The women in my groups not only improve their endurance and fitness, they make lasting friends, accomplish amazing goals, and have a whole lot of fun.
