Women’s Running BootCamp

Here’s your chance:  Women’s Running BootCamp!

Join Lynn on Wednesday mornings from 6:30-7:30am at the Manchester Rec for a high-energy start to your day. We’ll combine speed work, hill training, strength training and flexibility exercises in one fast-paced hour.

Women’s Running BootCamp starts June 3rd and ends August 26, 2009.  Cost is $50 for the summer session for women who have been in one of Lynn’s groups; $65 for everyone else.

    Hi Lynn,

    Some fitness instructor friends of mine encouraged me to teach a running boot camp. I have been a runner for over 20 years, run 4 marathons and 10 1/2 marathons, and have been a student in regular boot camps since last fall. I am currently working on my fitness certification. My friend who wants to conduct this running boot camp with me this Fall has her certification and of course I would have mine before then also. In anticipation of conducting the boot camp I was researching it online to better inform myself. I would greatly appreciate any advise you are willing to share.
